We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, just steps away from famous attractions. The beautifully decorated room was comfortable and the shower facilities were so relaxing. The staff was welcoming and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was amazing, with personal service and a variety of delicious options.
The stairs to access the hotel were a bit challenging, especially after a long day of exploring the city.

I had a last-minute decision to stay at Casa Thiele Alla Signoria and it was a wonderful choice. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival and the themed room exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this venue to my friends and family. The location is perfect, with all the must-see places in Florence within easy walking distance. If I ever come back to Florence, Casa Thiele Alla Signoria will be my first choice.
I stayed in the front room, located on the main strip, so there was some noise at night, made it a bit difficult to sleep. I understand that this is a trade-off for staying in the heart of Florence.
